负责大型规划、景观,建筑项目的方案主创及总体控制。
1．有新加坡、英国、香港、澳洲、美国等国家规划、建筑师资格证书；
2．精良的方案创作能力，及丰富的大、中型景观、建筑项目的设计及组织工作；
3．良好的沟通能力、团队精神及敬业精神，可长期在中国发展。
兼具下列条件者可优先选聘：
有十年以上相关工作经验，对中国市场及相关规范有一定的了解，在中国有相关工作经验。
Senior foreign designer of urban and architecture :
In charge of the conceptual design and overall control of the large scale of, urban planning and architecture project.
Basic requirements:
Graduated in Singapore, England, HongKong,Australian or American for landscape, urban planning and architecture .
Excellent design capability, good experience of project design and management in large or medium scale of above design.
Be good at communication and teamwork spirit,Expect to practice for long time in China market.
